Ares 12/14 GSM Thermometer with Email (GPRS) and SMS Alerts

Ares 12 is a device or an industrial unit for remote monitoring and alarming over GSM for locations without LAN access. Ares 12 includes battery backup. Ares 12 can connect up to 14 external sensors and 2 dry contact detectors.

Ares 12 product also support FOTA i.e. Firmware over the Air for firmware updates.

Features

It is connected with GSM/GPRs quad band 850/900/ 1800/1900 MHz- SMA antenna connector.

Its configuration consists of over USB, configuration utility on a Mass storage drive. No need to install.

FW upgrade consist of over USB, or FOTA(Firmware Over The Air)over GPRS.

The device power is 9-30 VDC/0.5 A external power. Their internal battery powers consist of: Powers the device +sensors for 3-8 hours. It depends on sensors. Battery life is 5 to 12 years depending on the type usage and operating temperature.

This device consist of flash log i.e. 2Mb170, 000 records, for example 3 sensors @5 minutes – 200 days.

It consists of 2 digital inputs for dry contact status detectors pulse counter.

It consist of 2x RJ11 for 1-Wire UNI sensor.

HWg-Ares12 supports 3 sensors.

HWg-Ares14 supports 14 sensors.

It also diagnoses external power detection and battery status.

It also send alarm alerts through email, HWg Push , SMS

It’s authentication is done by google SMTP

HWg SDK is supported for the programmers.

There is a facility of mobile application for data review. It has both android and iphone device via SensDesk.com.

It could be configured remotely through the web interface via SensDesk.com free online portal.
