Introduction
The Wyco® Smart System provides continuous vibrator monitoring during paving operation. The smart paving system monitors each vibrator’s speed simultaneously from one main screen. It is capable of capturing speeds from up to 32 vibrators per screen. This unit accommodates large paving jobs without the need for multiple screens. It maintains a data file with job history to meet D.O.T. requirements, reads vibrators' speeds, machine travel and more.

The system automatically records hours of operation for each vibrator and alerts the operator when a specified number of operation hours has been exceeded aiding in preventive maintenance scheduling
